Delivery Time
For orders within the United States: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Pre-orders or customized items: Delivery times are as stated on the product page and are usually 7-14 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, promotional events, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or epidemics). In such cases, we will contact you via email or SMS.
Shipping
Within the United States, all items ship free of charge. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not applicable for domestic shipping and are covered by the seller.
Packaging Standards
Each product is packaged in a high-quality dustproof bag, and the outer box is a sturdy cardboard box with cushioning material inside to ensure protection during transit.
Tracking
The tracking number will be sent to the buyer’s registered email address or phone number within 24 hours of shipment. Orders within the U.S. can be tracked on the official websites of logistics companies such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges without reason: You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be undamaged, labels unopened, and in its original packaging. Quality issues: For quality issues such as loose threads, broken hardware, or manufacturing defects, we accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Important note: Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact us and provide photographic or video evidence. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
Special Notes
Handling of out-of-stock items: If the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss alternatives or refunds. Damage during shipping: Please check the product upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us. If damage is discovered after signing, please provide proof within 24 hours. Customs clearance issues: For domestic U.S. orders, customs issues generally do not apply. For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs policies. Ensure recipient information is accurate to avoid returns due to incomplete information.

For any issues with after-sales logistics, such as lost goods or prolonged lack of communication, please contact customer service. We will assist with tracking and prioritize reshipment or refunds.
